Service Description

When a prospective client is in need of counsel, Attorney Banieh holds a 1 hour in person/zoom meeting where she is able to ascertain all of the issues and sub-issues of the case. At the close of the consultation, the prospective client leaves with a written legal opinion memorializing all that was said and a skeleton of the strategy that Attorney Banieh would take, if hired. A proposed retainer fee and payment options are also included.
